1.  The organization reserves the right to withdraw / cancel vacancies at any time or to reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason. If a large number of applications are received the most eligible candidates who possess relevant experience/skills will be shortlisted for test / interview.
2.  Where the last degree is First division, only one Second division from Matric onward is acceptable for eligibility. Candidates having Third division in academic career will not be eligible.
3.  First Class / 1st Division means CGPA 2.5/4.00 for semester system or minimum 60% marks for annual system of examination.
4.  Post qualification experience means, the experience gained after date of attaining the required qualification till the closing date of advertisement.
5.  Maximum age limit on closing date of advertisement is 35 years. However relaxation in age limit to government serving / retired employees will be granted as per rules.
6.  Candidates already serving in government / semi government organizations who meet the criteria must apply through proper channel.
7.  Degrees / Certificates should only be from universities / institutions as recognized by the PEC and HEC where applicable.

9.  Only Pakistani nationality holders are eligible to apply. Dual nationality (self / spouse) are not eligible.
10.  The candidates who have been weeded out from service on the basis of disciplinary grounds as well as dismissed or boarded out on medical grounds for future service are not eligible.
11.  Selection of candidates will be made on provisional basis and joining will be subject to complete Security Clearance and Medical Fitness.
12.  Academic Certificates / Degrees will be verified from the issuing authorities.
13.  For Job Codes XXIV-17 to XXIV-35 pay package will be decided at the time of interview.
14.  No TA / DA will be admissible for appearing in test / interview.
